Stove guard: Automatically switches off the stove if the temperature rises suddenly to a dangerous level.
Safety stove: A stove equipped with a timer. It heats up only when both the operating time and power level have been selected in advance. The oven can be operated without the timer.
A safety stove and a stove guard provide additional protection for people who may forget to turn off the stove due to age-related memory issues or other reasons.
The key feature of a safety stove is a mechanical or digital timer that automatically cuts power to the stove after a preset period. The stove cannot be switched on until a cooking time has been selected.
A safety stove does not detect hazardous situations in real time. For more comprehensive protection, a separate stove guard can be installed. A stove guard consists of a temperature sensor installed above the stove and a control unit connected to the stove. If temperatures become dangerously high, the device automatically switches off the power.
A stove guard detects dangerous overheating and automatically disconnects the power before a fire can start.

Astianpesukonetta ei pidä jättää päälle kotoa poistuessa.
Pidemmäksi ajaksi kotoa lähtiessä kannattaa irrottaa virtajohdot pistokkeista.
Käytä laitteita vain käyttöohjeen mukaan. Jos sähkölaite pitää omituista ääntä tai käytön aikana esiintyy ”sähkön hajua”, älä käytä laitetta. Korjauta tai hanki uusi. Tarkista myös itse virtajohtojen kunto aika ajoin.
